Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

Digital products (kits, STL files, Scorekeeper access)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or access code has been delivered. If you have trouble accessing your files or your code, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Physical products (game pieces, fields, awards)

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original condition.
• To start a return, email us with your order details. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return, for the item price (original shipping is non-refundable).
• Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States only.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days; you’ll get a confirmation email.
• Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout and added to your order total.
