By using our sites or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. Our sites are operated by Ready, Set, Robotics! LLC (“we,” “us”).
What we offer
Digital products (downloadable game manuals, documentation, and 3D-printable STL files), access to the Cup Conquest Scorekeeper web app, and physical products (game pieces and awards).
License to digital content
When you purchase a digital kit, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by the individual purchasing teacher, within their own classroom, club, or organization, to run the game. You may print and 3D-print pieces for that purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share, or sublicense the files or access codes to any other person or organization. Access codes are issued per teacher. All content remains our intellectual property.
Scorekeeper acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Scorekeeper and — consistent with its design — not to enter student names or personal information into it. Accounts are for the registered teacher; keep your credentials secure and don’t share your login.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are in US dollars and processed via Stripe. We may correct errors and change prices or availability at any time. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and we send confirmation.

Physical items ship within the United States only. See our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy for details.
Intellectual property
The Ready, Set, Robotics! and Cup Conquest names, logos, game designs, and all site and product content are owned by Ready, Set, Robotics! LLC and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our products and sites are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready, Set, Robotics! LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
